T\u03bfC is een betrouwbare, gestandaardiseerde methode met het voordeel om alle deelnemers te betrekken in een co-creatie proces, namelijk het betrekken van doelgroepen bij het maken van veranderingen.<br \/>Neem contact met ons op of blijf op de hoogte van het projectnieuws om meer te weten te komen over onze activiteiten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What is de Theory of Change?<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>De Theory of Change is een hulpmiddel voor organisaties om te beschrijven in welke behoefte zij willen voorzien, welke veranderingen zij willen doorvoeren en wat zij van plan zijn te doen.
