Samenwerkingsgroepen bieden een gemakkelijke en groene\/papierloze manier van communicatie en uitwisseling van idee\u00ebn!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Hier vind je tools, kennis en concrete stappen voor gelijke en zinvolle participatie van alle actoren. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Theorie van Verandering wordt ge\u00efmplementeerd door middel van 10 stappen: Situatieanalyse, Doelgroep, Impact, Uitkomsten, Activiteiten, Veranderingsmechanismen, Volgorde, Diagram, Sleutelfactoren, Aannames.
