ToC este o metod\u0103 fiabil\u0103, standardizat\u0103, cu avantajul de a implica to\u021bi participan\u021bii \u00eentr-un proces de co-creare, \u0219i anume implicarea grupurilor \u021bint\u0103 \u00een procesul de schimbare. Contacta\u021bi-ne sau r\u0103m\u00e2ne\u021bi la curent cu nout\u0103\u021bile proiectului pentru a afla despre aplica\u021biile din via\u021ba real\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Ce este Teoria Schimb\u0103rii (Theory of Change)?<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Teoria Schimb\u0103rii sau Theory of Change este un instrument care ajut\u0103 organiza\u021biile s\u0103 descrie nevoia pe care \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 le abordeze, schimb\u0103rile pe care doresc s\u0103 le fac\u0103 \u0219i ce pl\u0103nuiesc s\u0103 fac\u0103. Este o metodologie de planificare, participare \u0219i evaluare pentru a promova schimbarea prin definirea obiectivelor pe termen lung \u0219i apoi cartografierea \u00eenapoi pentru a identifica condi\u021biile prealabile necesare.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Este implementat\u0103 o abordare \u00een 10 pa\u0219i:<br \/>1.
