Η Θεωρία της Αλλαγής εφαρμόζεται μέσω 10 βημάτων: Ανάλυση της κατάστασης, Ομάδα-στόχος, Επιπτώσεις, Αποτελέσματα, Δραστηριότητες, Μηχανισμοί αλλαγής, Αλληλουχία, Διάγραμμα, Παράγοντες Ενεργοποίησης, Υποθέσεις. Για κάθε ένα από αυτά τα βήματα, μπορείτε να βρείτε ένα σύνολο εργαλείων και κατευθυντήριων πληροφοριών.
Στην ενότητα με τις ομάδες, μπορείτε να δείτε, να ξεκινήσετε και να συμμετάσχετε σε ομάδες με άλλα μέλη του οργανισμού σας. Για να συμμετάσχετε σε αυτές τις ομάδες, θα πρέπει να έχετε κάνει εγγραφή στην πλατφόρμα
