Hier vind je tools, kennis en concrete stappen voor gelijke en zinvolle participatie van alle actoren.
Theorie van Verandering wordt geïmplementeerd door middel van 10 stappen: Situatieanalyse, Doelgroep, Impact, Uitkomsten, Activiteiten, Veranderingsmechanismen, Volgorde, Diagram, Sleutelfactoren, Aannames. Voor elk van deze stappen kun je een set hulpmiddelen en begeleidende informatie vinden.
In het gedeelte Groepen kunt u groepen bekijken, starten en eraan deelnemen met andere leden van uw organisatie. Om deel te nemen aan groepen moet je een geregistreerde gebruiker zijn.
